There is no garage, but it is possible to rent a garage a few minutes walk away which you could take over. Everything of interest is "walkable". There is also a great public transport service and a local bus will take you from the doorstep to the airport in about 15 minutes.

As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by an imposing entrance hall about 2m wide with a total area of 12m². This is attractively decorated in "Art Deco" style and is wide enough to be furnished with cupboards and chests without impeding your stately progress.

The floor is marble.

As you enter there is an ample cupboard for coats and an independent WC. At the end of the hall there is a large storage cupboard.

The kitchen is at the end on your left and the living and dining rooms are on your right.


Originally 2 rooms, this double livingroom has been opened up to provide a large, airy room of 35m² or 375ft² in real money. That's about 19ft by 19ft - because of the corner position there are few totally rectangular rooms in this apartment!

As in most of the apartment the ceiling is 3.25m or 11ft.

Bedroom 2 is 12m² (130ft²) and comfortably accommodates a King-size bed. There is a bathroom en-suite with bath/shower, basin and WC.

There is also an enclosed bay-window where you can sit and have a view of the Nice hills.

Bedroom 4 is one of the nicest rooms in the apartment this is currently used as an office/family room/ TV room. (We can leave you the Sky Satellite dish if you are interested!)

This a roomy 22m² (240 ft²) and could easily be used as a fourth bedroom.

There is a small washroom, currently used as a utility room, which could easily be converted into a shower-room.

Alternatively, there is a connecting door into Bedroom 3, so these two rooms could form a separate "granny suite".

The kitchen has been completely rebuilt with the best quality Italian cupboards and equipment. There is a gas hob and two electric ovens which will be left.
